COOK is built to know as little about you as possible. This policy explains what the COOK app and the cookkitchen.fun website do — and don't do — with data.
COOK has no sign-up, no user accounts, and does not ask for or store your name, email, phone number or any government identifier. We do not collect analytics profiles about you and we do not sell data to anyone.
COOK is non-custodial. Private keys never leave your wallet (on Seeker, the hardware-backed Seed Vault). COOK only receives your public wallet address after you approve a connection, and uses it solely to build the transactions you request and to display balances, coins and claimable fees that are already public on the Solana blockchain.
Transactions you approve — launching a coin, trading, claiming fees — are recorded on the public Solana blockchain along with your wallet address. That is how blockchains work; it is visible to everyone and is not controlled by COOK.
Photos or phrases you submit for coin generation are sent to the configured generation and metadata-hosting services to produce your coin's name, image and metadata. Token metadata (name, symbol, image, description) is published publicly so wallets and explorers can display your coin. Do not include personal or sensitive information in coin content.
To function, COOK talks to blockchain RPC providers, metadata/image hosting, and the launch rails you choose (e.g. Pump.fun, Jupiter Studio, Bags). These services receive the technical data needed to process your requests (such as your IP address and the request contents) and operate under their own privacy policies. The cookkitchen.fun website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.
We keep no user database. Anything published on-chain or to public metadata storage is permanent and outside anyone's ability to delete.
COOK is not intended for children and must not be used by anyone under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
