These Terms govern your use of the COOK mobile application and the cookkitchen.fun website (together, "COOK"). By using COOK you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use COOK.
COOK is a non-custodial software tool that helps you create and launch tokens on the Solana blockchain via launch venues you choose ("rails"), including COOK Kitchen and third-party services such as Pump.fun, Jupiter Studio and Bags. COOK never holds your funds, never has access to your private keys, and cannot reverse, block or modify transactions.
Nothing in COOK is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Tokens created with COOK are highly speculative, may lose all value, and may have no market at all. Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and comply with all laws that apply to you, including securities, consumer-protection and tax laws. COOK is not directed at, or marketed to, persons in the European Union or the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction where use would be unlawful. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you live.
You agree not to use COOK to violate any law; to infringe third-party intellectual-property or publicity rights (including in token names, images and descriptions you create); to deceive or defraud others; or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Launch rails other than COOK Kitchen are independent services with their own terms and fees. COOK integrates with them but does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, conduct or output. AI-generated names, logos and descriptions are suggestions; review them before launching.
COOK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT COOK WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY TOKEN WILL FUNCTION, RETAIN VALUE OR REMAIN TRADEABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOK AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF COOK. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
We may update COOK and these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use COOK after changes take effect means you accept them.
